YOUR FIRST VISIT

POP Studio is my private, home-based salon studio located in New Palestine.

When you arrive, park in the additional space in the driveway. Follow the sidewalk along the right side of the garage until you reach the three-window door marked POP Studio—then come on in!

For your first appointment, please arrive with clean, dry hair styled the way you normally wear it. Seeing your hair in its everyday state gives me a great starting point for our consultation.

Coming straight from work? Heading somewhere afterward? Come as you are. I have styling robes and a private changing area available if you’d like to change before or after your appointment.

BEFORE WE TOUCH YOUR HAIR, WE TALK.

Your consultation is one of the most important parts of your appointment.

We’ll talk about what you love about your hair, what you don’t love, where you’d like to take it, how much time you realistically want to spend maintaining it, and your beauty budget.

Then I’ll put all of those pieces together to create a customized plan for your hair, your lifestyle, and your goals.

I’ll always be honest about what we can realistically accomplish, what it will take to get there, and what will be required to maintain it.

Because beautiful hair is even better when it actually works with your life.

THEN, YOU GET TO RELAX.

Once we have a plan, your only job is to settle in.

Grab a specialty beverage and a snack. Cozy up by the fireplace. Connect to Wi-Fi, stream the show you’ve been bingeing, listen to your favorite playlist, catch up on work—or simply enjoy doing absolutely nothing for a while.
